No Child Alone: Justice and Support for Every Migrant Child
Championing legal protection and dignity for unaccompanied migrant children. Join our national movement to ensure no child faces immigration court alone.
What is happening right now!
In America today, tens of thousands of unaccompanied minors arrive each year without a parent or guardian to guide them. Many face confusing legal processes, language barriers, and barriers to education while struggling with the trauma of displacement. Too often, their needs fall through the cracks of a system not designed to protect them fully. No Child Alone calls attention to this urgent issue, advocating for greater support, awareness, and community action so that no child has to navigate life in America without care and protection.

Recent Developemnts/updates
The current Trump administration has introduced policies that further endanger unaccompanied minors in U.S. custody. Plans to deport nearly 700 children, cuts to legal aid programs that once supported tens of thousands, and new detention rules that more than triple the average time children spend in custody have drawn widespread criticism from child welfare advocates. Together, these measures strip vulnerable minors of due process, prolong their separation from family or sponsors, and heighten the risk of long-term harm in a system already under strain.
